Booking & Service Policy – NS Studio (Nadia Strigulina)

1. Booking & Deposit. A 50% deposit is required for color and long appointments to reserve your time; it is applied to the final bill and is non-refundable.

 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation. You may reschedule or cancel ≥48 hours before the start time—free of charge. For changes <48 hours, the deposit is forfeited (or a €50 late-cancel fee for short services). No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service.

 3. Late Arrivals. Arrivals >15 minutes may be rebooked or shortened to fit the schedule. Late arrivals that cannot be served are treated as no-shows.

 4. Consultation & Pricing. All prices are “from.” Final pricing and timing are confirmed after consultation (hair history, density, goals, scalp condition). VAT included.

 5. Payments. Card, cash, or secure online payment link (prepayment/remaining balance).

 6. Service Guarantee. If the result differs from the agreed plan, contact us within 7 days; one tonal/technical adjustment is provided free. Exclusions: change of mind, outside interventions, home coloring, lack of recommended care or heat protection.

 7. Allergies & Health. Please disclose allergies, pregnancy, medical treatments. A 48-hour patch test may be required for new color clients.

 8. Photos/Video. We may photograph hair for portfolio/socials. If you prefer no photos, inform us before the service.

 9. Minors. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Color services are performed from 16+ with written consent.

 10. Hygiene & Conduct. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety/hygiene or policy violations.

 11. Gift Cards/Packages. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash; valid 12 months from purchase.

 12. Privacy. We collect only booking and contact details to manage appointments and never share them with third parties.
