This consultation is the first step to achieving your ideal hair result. During the appointment, we discuss your hair history, current condition, desired outcome, and realistic expectations. Based on this, I recommend the most suitable service, technique, timing, and budget for your hair. The €35 consultation fee is fully deducted from your service price when you proceed with a booking. Recommended for: • New clients • Complex coloring (blonde, balayage, color correction) • Anyone unsure which service to choose
Politique d'annulation
Booking & Service Policy Booking is confirmed after a 50% deposit. No deposit = no reservation. Cancel or reschedule ≥48h before your appointment; later than 48h or no-show = deposit non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid at the appointment. Prices are base and may change for extra length/thickness or additional products (agreed during consultation). Results: if you have concerns, contact me within 3 days for an in-person check (no photo reviews). No refunds once the service is delivered. Photos/Videos: I may post results in my portfolio/socials — tell me before we start if you don’t agree. Respectful behavior only — I may refuse service.
